We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for all shipments traveling to warm climates or during summer months to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3-5 business days before your order leaves our Los Angeles kitchen.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes, we have a wide selection of vegan dark chocolates and many of our bars are naturally gluten-free. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for dietary details.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely. You can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process, which will be printed on a beautiful card and included with your chocolate gift.

What is your return policy?

As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
